Cellulose-based fluorescent macromolecular sensors and their ability in 2, 4, 6-trinitrophenol detection

This article deals with three cellulose-based fluorescent macromolecular sensors by introducing 1,8-naphthalimide fluorophore to cellulose. First, through the etherification reaction of cellulose BrCH2CH2NH2, –NH2 group–bearing CS 1 was obtained. Then, group reacts 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride synthesize a naphthalimide derivative (CS 2). Finally, recognition introduced substituting Br atoms, and probes 3, 4, 5) were obtained eventually. Structure fluorescence properties characterized confirmed. Fluorescence detection measurements show that these can be used as selective sensitive 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP). The limits are 0.52 ?M, 0.76 0.81 indicating good performance. work provides new method for TNP also enlarge application scope
